 Eating healthy includes foods that your body can naturally metabolize and utilize to feed the muscles and organs with out having to work over time. I've been using the Timeless Prescription 3 Step Acne Care System for about three months. I had been on Proactiv on and off since high school, as well as trying other products from major beauty care lines, and various over-the-counter products... nothing ever seemed to work and only dried out my skin. Using this system in combination with the Prevaderm has dramatically improved my skin. I use it twice a day, and take the Prevaderm morning and night. I've noticed that if i skip a day or two of either product, my skin will begin to break out. So the most helpful advice is keeping consistent with both, and not to pick at your face!! Also, my skin is sensitive, so I've needed to use an oil-free moisturizer.

I have also been using the Timeless Prescription anti-blemish lotion (the pink small bottle). Putting this on my blemishes at night and leaving it on helps a LOT! It's a great feeling to wear less make-up, and not feel so insecure as an adult with problem skin! I DEFINITELY recommend trying these products. The price is worth the results.
