Healthy Spring and Summer Snacks

 Eating healthy includes foods that your body can naturally metabolize and utilize to feed the muscles and organs with out having to work over time. That means eating low glycemic and frequently throughout the day including healthy snacks! As the warmer weather approaches, we need to keep our bodies hydrated especially our skin!

Here are 5 snack ideas that are quick and easy to prepare:

 Apples and Walnuts

Protein Whey Shakes
Non-fat Greek Yogurt and Fruit

Raw Veggies and Hummus
Hard Boiled Egg
