Staying healthy and beautiful with a clean system also means your skin will also receive the benefits. When eating healthy no doubt will you see an improvement with your complexion. Here are 3 foods to add to your diet—that help fight cancer. (1) Antioxidant-rich turmeric, the Indian spice that's great in curries and side dishes. There's evidence it helps improves indigestion, osteoarthritis and colitis. “Silky to touch, easy to apply/blend & true to colour! Motives® Pressed Eye Shadow is the best I’ve ever used & incomparable with anything else! The texture of each beautiful shade is so soft & silky, and teamed together with Motives® Eye Base, they last on the eyes for hours! You can get a closer look at Ayshen’s favorite Motives® Pressed Eye Shadows, plus dozens of other fabulous shades here.
My favourites are Motives® Pressed Eye Shadow in Vintage Glam and Antique Gold; I have never seen shades like these before! Vintage Glam is a very light gold, and practically matches every other shade it’s blended with! Great when used alone, as a base colour or as a highlighter under the brow! It blends so well, and glimmers beautifully under the light! A stunning shade for day or night!
Antique Gold is a shade just like its name. It has a slightly deeper glow to it than Vintage Glam, and looks beautiful when worn alone or blended with darker shades like Onyx or Foxy Brown for a deeper smokey effect.
I have found that Motives® Pressed Eye Shadow in Vintage Glam and Antique Gold compliment EVERY skin tone and are classic shades perfect for all seasons. They should definitely be two staple eye shadows in every girl’s makeup kit!”

10 Easy Tips for Great Lips
Start by using a primer to give you a lasting effect and will fill in any lines or imperfections you have in your lips. See our Motives Lip Lock,
2. Avoid Too Much Sparkle
Having too much shimmer can sometimes make you look seem cheap. Look for lipsticks with a creamy finish. Light reflection should come from moisture in the formula, not metallic pigments.
3. Be Bright and Be Right
Choose a bright shade based on your lips’ natural color not your skin tone. Women with pale lips look best in cheer red or coral; for naturally reddish lips, try hot pink, orange, or cranberry; for dark lips red and burgundy are ideal. Try Motives Rich Formula Lip stick in Red Coral if you have pale skin, Hot Summer Nights for reddish lips, and Venetian Red for darker lips.
4. Look Good Nude
The best nude lip color is only slightly brighter or deeper than your skin tone. If you have pale skin look for something that has a hint of pink in it; like Motives Rich Formula Lipstick in Natural. Those with yellow or olive undertones or darker skin look best with sand beiges like Motives Rich Formula Lipstick in Flesh.
5. The Vampire Effect
Blue or black based shades that are too dark can be severe which causes you to look older and possibly even scary. Look for lipsticks with a berry undertone instead like Motives Rich Formula Lipstick in Berry Sexy.
6. Forget the Liner
Liner is no longer a must; today’s lipsticks don’t bleed. To enhance your cupid’s bow or add symmetry, use Motives Lip Liner that best matches your lips, not your lipstick.
7. Be Soft
Careful application is good; however, clinical precision is not. Just smudge the border of your lips slightly to achieve a softer lip.
8. Start in the Middle
When applying any shade of lipstick, start at the center of your lips and blend color out towards the corners of your mouth.
9. Don’t Over Do It
Prevent a strong lipstick shade from looking too heavy by swiping it on just your bottom lip, pressing lips together and using your finger to distribute the color over your mouth.
10. Don’t Forget to Blot
To make you lipstick last longer, apply it straight from the tube, blot with a tissue and then swipe it on again. This will create a base and the second coat will then add shine and more coverage.
