How To Lose Weight - And Keep it OFF

Being overweight is not only uncomfortable, both physically and emotionally, it truly plays havoc with the body's ability to function 100%. 

Maintaining one's own beauty standards does not stop at what makeup and skin care products and or DYI formulas offer, but how we take care of ourselves internally. 


What do we put in our bodies to fuel and keep us going that actually is creating dis-ease and making the metabolic system work harder to utilize those foods and in turn, creating medical problems including our outer appearance, i.e., our skin to reflect the dis-ease? We must learn how to take care and fuel our systems for the task at hand properly so that the energies are good, as well as our skin reflecting how we feel. 2. Crash Dieting -- Severe calorie restriction and cutting out entire food groups.

3. Sedentary Lifestyle -- Getting too little exercise.

4. Garbage In -- Over fed and under nourished. Overeating the wrong foods and receiving too little nourishment for your body to operate optimally.

5. Stress & Adrenal Fatigue -- Being on constant alert due to physical and emotional pressures. This negatively affects both your hormones and metabolism.
