6 Easy Steps for Permanent Weight Loss

A Basic 6 for Weight Loss:
1) Avoid eating late at night.
2) Eat healthy, small, frequent meals throughout the day, with plenty of raw fruits and vegetables.
3) Reduce your fat intake to less than 30 percent of your total calories.
4) Get at least 25-35 grams of fiber per day.
5) Try TLS Thermochrome with Advantra Z, along with redefining your diet.
6) Drink water!!!
